Our Location
The clinic is at the northwest intersection of 11th Street and Kentucky Street. The entrance faces 11th Street on the south side of the building. Kentucky Street is one way going north. Street parking can be found along either Kentucky Street or 11th Street. Please do not park in any lots, as those are reserved and cars may be towed by the owners of those lots.
